When running the Benefits Administration process (PSPBARUN.cbl), the following error occurs.

Maximum # Of REG-TEMPs Exceeded
Application Program Failed
 In Pgm Section  : GET-REGTMP

Application Program Failed
 In Pgm Section  : TABLE-ACCESS(PSPBATBL)                              
Application Program Failed
 In Pgm Section  : MAIN(PSPBASCH)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Benefits Administration process (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
