E-PTF Login fails: Unable to find a Routing corresponding to the incoming request message

Log in to PTF fails with the following error message
Unable to find a Routing corresponding to the incoming request message
Previous to that, the following warning message is displayed: Secure connection failed due to invalid SSL Certificate. Please contact the environment administrator
errorLog.html file from the IB Gateway should also display this message and mention the Service Operation which has problems. Message would appear in errorLog.html like below
