Symptoms
When a non-English User displays their Worklists, the values that are available to the end User in "Work Item" field are not translated.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on to the PIA with a Language other than English
2. Go to Worklist ->Worklist
3. All values for "Work Item" field are in English. Example: "Transaction Approved", "Approval Routing", "Benefit Administrator"
