‘Create New User Accounts’ Functionality on Supplier Login Paglet Does Not Save Supplied Password Correctly so the New User Cannot Login Once Approved (Doc ID 2041379.1)

After using the 'Create New User Account' functionality on the Supplier Login paglet and a new User is created, when attempting to log in as that user receive the message 'Your User ID and/or Password are invalid".


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the SUPPLIER portal
2. Click the 'Create New User Account' link in the Supplier Login paglet
3. Complete the process of creating a new user and any approvals
4. Attempt to log in as the new user
