Symptoms

When managers input or update time in Manager Self Service/Time Management/Report Time/Timesheet, when the change is submitted, the following error occurs:

--a SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log.
--process 100002307 ABENDEP @ step TL_TA001200. AA000 Step 043 (SWL)_RC=8603 (108,524) --Call appengine : application TL_CALL_TA: AppEngine error(2653) FUNCL13_TL_WEEKLY.APPLY_RULES. Field Formual Name: RunTime Admin PCPC:3415 Statement 31 CALLED from: TL-MSS_EE SRCH_ PRD.GBL. SavePostChange Statement 9
 

It seems that the error is happening in the following SQL in the AppEngine TL_TA001200 (Called from TL_TIMEADMIN), section AA000, Step043:
