Symptoms

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu -> Workforce Administration -> Job Information -> Job Data
2. Navigate to Salary Plan Tab -> update the step to 3 and click on "Includes Wage Progression Rule"
3. Navigate to Job Labor Tab, Stop Wage Progression is not checked
