Request for Additional Options for Defining Normal Retirement Date in Pension Administration (Doc ID 2041816.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


Currently, Normal Retirement Date is defined on the Plan Aliases page using a Date Alias. That alias can be defined either as a date on which a specified age (birth date plus a number of years) is attained or date at which a certain number of years of service is attained. Additional options requested are, at a minimum, as follows:

1. Service calculated beyond the event date using the specified projection method to determine future Normal Retirement Date.

2. Age + Service (points) such as used for Benefit Eligibility.
