Symptoms

Slow response time on Search Case Page Status and Provider Group field and Employee ID field

Replication Steps:
Enter Case Status as Open and Click Search, response time observed is 59 seconds

Enter Provider Group and Click on Search, Response time observed is 3.7 minutes

Enter Employee ID and Click on Search, Response time observed is 36.44 seconds
