ETL9.2: Invalid Email Notification Sent to an Employee on Modify Timesheet from an Invalid User

Receiving Email notification from Invalid User when the ‘Notify Employee of Changes’ option is enabled in the Workgroup and someone modifies the timesheet of an employee.

Also, the Link in the Email is incorrect, when the Employee clicks on the link it takes him/her to the Manager/Admin’s timesheet who actually amended the timesheet. But the actual link has to be the Employee’s timesheet.
The email received should be generated from the manager who changed the timesheet of an employee or from the Time and Labor administrator.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable employee workgroup ‘Notify Employee of Changes’
2. Enter time for employee
3. Login as a manager and change employees timesheet
4. Employee receives an email from Invalid User
5. When you click the link in the email generated takes to an Admin timesheet page not to employee timesheet.
