Person Profile Content in Cleared when More than One Effective Date in Profile Management Custom Prompt (Doc ID 2043211.1)

Symptoms

Person profile content get cleared out when more than one effective date row are there in Profile Management Custom prompt

If a second effective date is added to a custom prompt (use custom list values type) any history content using this prompt on the Person Profile is blanked out.

STEPS

I. Create Prompt, Content Type, Content Item and add content section to the
person profile:

1. In Set Up HCM > Product related > Profile Management > Profiles > Custom Prompt: Create Custom Prompt, effective dated 01/01/1901
2. In Set Up HCM > Product related > Profile Management > Content catalog > Content Types: Create new Content Type
3. In Set Up HCM > Product related > Profile Management > Content catalog > Content > Content Items: Create new content item
4. In Set Up HCM > Product related > Profile Management > Profiles > Profile Types, add new content section with the previously created Content Type

II. Modify an employee's person profile by adding values to the content
section:
5. Main menu> Workforce Development > Profile Management > Profiles > Person Profiles ,Click on add new test prompt
6. Add test prompt previously created, with a date of 01/02/2015
7. Also add the other value set for the prompt
8. In View Profile Item History, the two prompts are correctly displayed

III. Add second effective dated list to prompt, effective dated 03/10/2015, value ZZZ
9. => Now there are 2 prompt lists, both in status Active

IV. Back to person profile of KR0044, Looks ok
10. Click on View History: - The description are no longer displayed
11. Add new Test Prompt ZZZ to the profile
12. This is the only prompt displaying a description

V. Same test, for a Prompt having the following structure (future, present and past values defined)
In Person Profile, I added past, present and future values. For present and future dated prompts, the fields are correctly displayed. But not for the past-dated ones.
