Symptoms

Transaction is not saved after changing setting on page "Delegation Installation Settings"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Delegation > Installation Settings
2. Check the “Specific Hierarchy” checkbox
3. Select the “By Part Posn Mgmt Supervisor” radio button.
4. Click save
