When Transferring an Employee, Change Flag Does Not Show Change (Doc ID 2044870.1)

Symptoms

When customer transfers an employee in manager self service with a department name that is the same but has a different department code, the 'yellow' change flag does not trigger on the screen.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Manager Self Service > Job ad Personal Information > Transfer Employee
2. Change department to another department with the same name but different department code and submit
3. Notice no 'yellow' indicator will appear
