Inconsistency Phone Extension On The Emergency Contact Page In ESS and ADMIN (Doc ID 2045270.1)

The extensions field on the Emergency Contact page in Employee Self Service is inconsistent  

There is an Extension field on the Emergency Contact page in Employee Self Service that is inconsistent.  It doesn't show on the Main Phone Type but all the remaining types.  It is also not available using Power User mode.  This field should be consistent on all phone types. Also the Phone number is not required on the Emergency Contact page and it should be required.  The reported issue in Employee self service for emergency contact has been resolved. The extension field is now visible for all types of phone numbers of an emergency contact. The extension field is not visible in this page. (Tabs - Contact  Address/Phone & Other Phone Numbers).
 
 
 Replication steps :
 1. Log in as HXSSMGR01
 2. Add an emergency contact
 3. Add phone numbers to this person (including phone number and extension)
 4. Sign out and log in as PS
 5. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Personal  Relationships > Emergency Contact
 6. Search for HXSSMGR01
 7. Will observe that there is no extension field under Contact phone (or  Employee's phone) section
 8. Click on Other phone Numbers tab
 9. No extension field here also
