On : PeopleTools 8.53

ISSUE STATEMENT

Error when attempting to access Provided WSDL in PeopleSoft
 
ERROR
---------------
IntegrationServiceClient: sendRequestToServer(). Invalid ToolsRel
 
STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Attempt to access WSDL provided within PeopleSoft
2. WSDL fails
3. View error in the errorLog.html from the Gateway.
 
The same error can be seen not only when accessing a provided WSDL, but also when performing any action that requires communication between the Application Server and the Gateway.
