Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, DataStage ETL Jobs

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Trying to run the Jobs and the Jobs frezes

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the Datastage Server was stopped and restarted, the Jobs must run with no errors and the users must be able to access the data with no issues.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Stop the server
2. Start the server
3. access the Jobs and view The Jobs are frozen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the Jobs anymore.
