Enhancement: User Security is Dropped when Running the SCRTY_SJTDLY Process (Doc ID 2047002.1)

The Nightly SJT Refresh process (SCRTY_SJTDLY) sometimes runs a long time because of the volume of future dated changes.  This process, as well as the Refresh Trans. SJT Tables process (SCRTY_SJTUPD), temporarily removes security for all records and users while the process applies changes to security tables.  This causes loss of access while the programs run, and is a problem when the program runs for a long time.

The suggested resolution is to run the jobs "off hours"; however, for many global or other large companies there are no off hours during the week.

Although it would help to improve performance of these processes, the primary issue is that users lose access to employee records for the full duration of the process execution.
