Information in this document applies to any platform.
Reported issue is Email Workspace Audit History is not displaying correct information. The Date/Time on the Audit History is incorrect.
1. Login to the application and navigate to Search Correspondence or from my worklist.
2. You will be directed to Email workspace, History tab
3. Accept the Email and update with the product group and product and save it.
4. Go to History tab again
5. Date displaying as previous date instead of current date along with the before and after value.
