Information in this document applies to any platform.
Entitled Restore field shows empty or blank values on Agent - My Cases pagelet in Services Agent Dashboard even if populated on the case. Seems to be specific to MSSQL database.
Steps to reproduce
1. Logon to CRM 9.1 on MSSQL as VP1/VP1
2. Navigate to Service Center Agent Dashboard
3. Make sure there is at least one or a few cases displayed on Agent - My Cases pagelet with agreement. If none, create one by clicking on Add Case link on the pagelet, fill in all the required fields, select agreement and assign case to Stu Marx.
4. Go back to Service Center Agent Dashboard and view all fields for Agent - My Cases pagelet
