Translation Issue Different Date In English And German Version Of Same Delivered Message For BA Code (Doc ID 2049555.1)

HCM 9.1 version, Job / Personal Information

When attempting to change the BA code on Jobcode change component, it throws an error message if the code is less than 5 digits.

When user login using English language, the message shows as "Please enter 5 digit BA Code (6557,101) BA Code should be 5 digit long as of 1st Dec 2011" where as in German Language the date is displayed as 1st Dec 2001.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in English, select any Job code which has BA code with 3 digits populated or populate the 3 digit BA code for any existing row.
2. Save the Jobcode
3. Add current effective dated new row, the BA code carries forward with 3 digit code
4.Try to save the row, it throws the message "Please enter 5 digit BA Code (6557,101) BA Code should be 5 digit long as of 1st Dec 2011"
5.Now Login using German language and repeat above steps, the message references a date 1st December 2001.

The issue has the following business impact:  Incorrect error message leading to confusion.
