Express Issue is failing with the error " 500 internal Severe Error" When Clicked or Tried to Select an Item (Doc ID 2049561.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Express Issues PUM#9

 

We are receiving a Error 500 Internal Server Error on mobile inventory. When we go to Express Issue and when you are down on the item #, you enter an item then click on fetch and then the magnifying glass, this brings up the item. If you click on the item it gives you the error 500 internal server error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login into Mobile Inventory
2. click on 'EXPRESS ISSUE' Task flow
3. Enter item and click on fetch
4. It errors out.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete Express Issue Transactions.
