Symptoms

Release PT 8.53.12, Workflow, Worklist in Accessibility Mode

Opening Worklist Transaction in Accessibility Mode an XML error is returned instead of the page displaying .

Reproduction steps

1. Login into Peoplesoft (PT 8.53.12 Through PT 8.53.17)
2. Turn on the Accessibility mode.(Main Menu > My Personalizations, Personalize General Options )
3. Select “Use  accessible layout mode"
4. Navigate to Worklist
5. Observe error.
