Affiliation Overrides Are Not Working Within Transaction Management Process Using Data Update Rules (Doc ID 2050121.1)

We would like to restrict certain bio/demo data updates on Active Employees and Active Students.  (Example:  Load Applications from third-party CRM, Slate, into PeopleSoft using File Parser and CTM framework. )

We would like to use the delivered Constituent Transaction Management which allows a user to set up Data Update Rule Entry, with Affiliation Override, as an option to treat IDs with certain affiliations differently than the rest.
