Information in this document applies to any platform.
A JobSet scheduled in a different Time Zone does not run on correct time after Daylight Saving Time changes if the Process Scheduler timezone and the scheduled JobSet timezone are different.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a DST entry in PeopleTools > Utilities > International > Time Zones for a timezone that starts tomorrow.
2. Save the configuration and use that DST entry on a timezone.
3. Schedule a JobSet on that timezone.
4. Notice the second run is not taking into account the DST and still runs on the same timezone.
