Symptoms
Running Direct Reports Table Build process does not change Supervisor directs
ERROR
DRSupervisorUpdated No Handler Execution Information is Available seen in Event Monitor.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run Direct Reports Table Build process
2. DRSupervisorUpdated Event is activated
3. Note that Supervisor has changed for Directs has not changed
4. Note that DRSupervisorUpdated Event has an error in Event Monitor
IMPACT
New Supervisors cannot view and approve payable time
