Symptoms

Absence Management, all active versions.

When attempting to submit an absence request
the following error occurs.

"No approvers found" on the Workflow Approval Path


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit an absence request via Self-Service
2. Check workflow path on Self-Service request page after submitting.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, approvers have no access to the absence request; absence can't be approved.
