The Paysheet Creation PSPPYBLD process is not creating Paylines correctly for Additional Pays with Job Data Overrides.
For example, an Employee has multiple Earnings Codes and seq#'s on the Additional Pay, several of the Earnings are charged out to different Business Units/Departments in the Job Data Override fields, some are not charged out.
When the Paysheet Create process is run, it is incorrectly charging out the Earnings that did not have a Job Data Override to the wrong Business Unit and Department.

The last sequence on the additional pay should be indicated on the paysheet after paysheet creation.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter multiple sequence numbers that have different information on the Job Information override for the same earnings code
2. Run paysheet creation
3. Verify the information on the additional data on the Paysheet

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the correct override information on paysheet.
