How to Dynamically Filter User Groups Based on System Date in Taleo Configuration Wizard Page ?

To setup the criteria of exporting employees to Taleo, we have to setup a Group Id to filter only the employees we need.

For example, only Regular employees.
After Group ID setup via Group Build function, in Taleo Integration Configuration Wizard, we have to setup a "Group As of Date" or "Refinement Date".

But for all the following incremental upload, it doesn't make sense to change the date in Configuration Wizard every day, like, in daily process, if someone just changed from Temp to Regular, this employee needs to be exported.

How can we make it and not to be fixed to a specific date under Set Up HCM> Common Definitions> Taleo Integration> Configuration Wizard ?
