On : 9.2 version, Commitment Control

When attempting to choose budget item,
the following error occurs.


Field does not exist -- PC_BUD_ITEM.PROJ_TRANS_TYPE. (2,104)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Project and Activity
2. Create a Budget Plan.
3. Click on Detail link to go to Budget Detail component
4. Click on Budget Items link for an Activity
5. On the Project Budget Items page, Click on the Prompt for Project Budget Item
6. Choose a Budget Item and OK
7. The above error is thrown.
