Symptoms

When attempting to prepare Open Enrollment events for 2016 for certain pay groups, the following error occurs:

  Message ID 000196
  Based on the Event date being processed, the Pay-Begin-Date for the current pay period cannot
  be determined from PS_Pay_Calendar. Establish the missing periods in the pay calendar.
  (MSGData1: Company; MSGData2: Pay-Group; MSGData3: Event-Dt)

STEPS

1. Process the 2016 Open Enrollment Schedule to prepare events (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
