(Doc ID 2055447.1)

Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Absence Management - Version 9.1 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Absence Forecasting is incorrect when an employee is transferred to new pay group, where pay group change order is different than the order of pay group consideration in the Forecasting Template.
1. Add a row in job data for employee by transferring to new pay group, example: employee changes from pay group one pay group to another.
2. Process Payroll
3. Forecast Absence
4. Because the Absence forecast template will 'read' the pay groups in alphabetical order (ABC to DEF) the calendar group results will show the proper balances in the two different pay groups, forecasting will show zero balances for the DEF pay group, as a result of calculation only. Once the calendar group is finalized, the forecast balances will have been properly updated.
