Performance Issue With PO Roll 2 When Processing 50k PO's (Doc ID 2055642.1)

Symptoms

We are observing a significant degradation in the performance of PO Roll 2 process in version 9.2 as opposed to version 9.0.  We performed PO Roll View, Roll 1 and Roll 2 for a single Business Unit with 50,000 eligible PO's; all with a single line, schedule and distribution line. PO Roll 2 ran for over 8 hours.

In 9.0 we performed the same actions, with the same run controls, same data: PO Roll View, Roll 1 and Roll 2. In 9.0, PO Roll 2 took 15 minutes to process the 50k PO's.
