EEX 9.2: In Chrome and IE, Not All My Wallet Items Are Being Displayed

FSCM 9.2 My Wallet Display issue

Expense transactions are not displayed correctly when users navigate to My Wallet from Expense Report -> Create/Modify page and click My Wallet link.

All the lines must be displayed irrespective of the browser.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new expense report and click on My wallet. Make sure My wallet will have at least 8 lines.
2. Note that in IE and Chrome, all the lines are not being displayed.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view all the lines in the wallet
