EAP: Runtime on the Reports APX2050 And APX1010 is Not Same as of Process Scheduler Runtime (Doc ID 2057592.1)

Symptoms

Reports APX2050 and APX1010 are not showing the same runtime as that of the process scheduler.

Process Scheduler and Database timings are the same but they are not matching with the time configuration at PeopleTools Option level,

STEPS

1. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Reports > Payments > Payment History by Pay Method

2. Check the time at process scheduler

3. Run the report and check the run time in report

Expected Result:
Process Scheduler time and Report run time should be same

Actual Result:
Both are different
