ECM: Unable To Drill Down To Details on Cash Forecast Results Page

Symptoms

When using Business Unit Groups, and checking the Display By Business Unit Group checkbox on the Cash Forecast Search, drilling down to details does not work.

This happens when you have multiple business unit groups. You can click on any amount from the results to display the details, but when the Drill Down Detail sub-page opens, there is no data under the Transaction Detail section.

STEPS

1. Confirm at least two business unit groups exist and marked to be used in cash forecast
2. Go to the cash forecast results page and add a new search and check the Display By Business Unit Group checkbox
3. Click on any of the amounts' links from the results
