Goal

Qn1: If a Manager Self Service transaction is submitted with an Effective Date prior to the top row in Job Data will the system give a warning?

Qn2: Does Manager Self Service Transactions allow rows to be inserted for an Employee if the transaction date is prior to the top row's Effective Date?
