EAR9.2: Conversations to Review My Work Pagelet Issue (Doc ID 2060598.1)

Symptoms

When selecting My Work query, it returns multiple pages of results. If you click to 2nd, 3rd, etc. page and then click into a conversation on one of those pages it opens in a new window. When you’re finished and exit the new conversation window to return to the results page it sends you back to the 1st page of results, not the page you left off on.

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Navigate to Accounts Receivables > Receivables Workcenter > Conversations to Review.
  2. Click on the right arrow of the grid in order to view the second part of the grid.
  3. Click on any Conversation to review.
  4. The system automatically refreshes the view so that you have the first part of the grid.
