Why are Frequency Codes for Mexico, Brazil and Thailand Found in a SYS Instance ? (Doc ID 2060898.1)

Goal

The initial SYS database which should not contain any data appears to load Compensation Rate codes for Mexico, Brazil, and Thailand at the following navigation:

1. Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Foundation Tables > Compensation Rules > Frequency Table > Brazil and Mexico specific frequencies
2. Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Foundation Tables > Compensation Rules > Frequency Table > Comp Rate Code Table > Thailand specific comp rate codes

REPLICATION STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Foundation Tables > Compensation Rules > Comp Rate Code Table > Frequency Table
