Case Site Lookup Not Auto-populating Site Search Results Grid on Click (Doc ID 2061162.1)

Symptoms

Site lookup on Support Case page does not auto-populate the search results grid on click.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Logon to CRM 9.2 as VP1
2. Go to Support > Add Case
3. Populate Company = Arnold Ice Company
4. Drill down on Site lookup icon - Search for Site of Arnold Ice Company appears without Search Results.
5. Repeat the same steps for Service Order component. Site Search Results grid is auto-populated.
