Symptoms

When a User creates a new PO and manually assigns a PO ID that is within the auto number sequence, when a req is sourced and the new PO ID is the one the User created the following error is thrown:

PO Create abends at Step PO_POCREATE.PB8500.BLDHDRS (Action SQL) -- RC = 805

SQL Error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (EMDBO.PS_PO_HDR) violated


STEPS
1. Create a PO and assign a PO ID that is within the auto number sequence
2. Close that PO
3. Create a new Requisition
4. Pick the req on Requisition Selection
5. Run PO Calc
6. Run PO Create
