EAR9.2: eBill Payment Add to Cart button not processing (Doc ID 2062457.1)

EAR9.2: eBill Payment Add to Cart button not processing

Issue: the Add to Cart link from the Account Balance is not triggerring anything when launched from the Account Balance Pagelet. When accessing it from the regular menu, everything works correctly.

Steps to replicate:
Go to eBill Payment > Account Balance and click on the Aging Detail link ( the actual balance );
Click on Add to Cart – the payment cart will be updated with the item details;
Go to Personalize Content link and add the Account Balance pagelet;
Within the Account Balance pagelet, click on the View Account Balance link;
Click on the Aging Detail ( the actual customer balance );
Click on Add to Cart – nothing will be triggered.
