Problems when printing multiple reports from Maintain Receipts Page  

Our user is clicking the print delivery report button from the Add/Update Receipts page.  When he clicks the button for multiple times for different receipts he's not receiving all the reports.  Some of the RECV_DEL jobs run to no success and some of the reports print duplicate.  This did not happen in version 9.  Please advise as this process does not seem to handle concurrent runs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Open a receipt click on print report.
Open another receipt and click on print report.
Both reports created will have the receipt number for
the second run
Key is to have both processes run at the same time.
