Employee Enrollment Is Cancelled On a Course Session They Cannot Enroll In Another Session for the Same Course (Doc ID 2063333.1)

Symptoms

Employee submits a request for Training, which is approved by their Manager, and the Training administrator cancels the enrollment in the session. Employee then tries to enroll on another session but get the message Duplicate Enrollment Awaiting Approval

Steps to Replicate

1. Training Administrator set up a Course (Set Up HCM, Product Related, Enterprise Learning, Courses)
2. Training Administrator sets up two sessions for this Course ( Set Up HCM, Product Related, Enterprise Learning, Course Sessions)
3. Employee logs in and submits a request for the first Course Session (Self Service, Learning and Development, Request Training Enrollment)
4. Manager Logs in and approves the training request for this employee (Manager Self Service, Learning and Development, Approve Training Requests)
5. Training Administrator logs in and cancels the enrollment on the Course Session for is employee (Administer Training, Student Enrollment, Enroll Individually) select the employee ID and set the Attendance to Cancelled
6. Employee then logs back into Self Service, Learning and Development, Request Training Enrollment and tries to enroll for the second session and get the following message
"
Duplicate Enrollment Awaiting Approval
You already have and enrollment request for this course. If you would like to change the session requested, then please contact your Training Administrator. If your request is denied, you may submit another enrollment request for this course
"
