Goal

Hardcoded delivered roles for Careers functionality

Some of the delivered roles are hardcoded in the application package HRS_COMMON:SEARCH:BUS:JobPostingSecurity. Because of these hard coded roles, system forces the user to assign those roles to the employees. Is a way to make the roles configurable instead of hardcoding them?

Below are the roles that are hardcoded in the PeopleCode.

1. Applicant
2. Employee
3. External Applicant
4. Recruiter
5. Hiring Manager
6. Federal Recruiter
7. Recruiting Manager
8. Recruitment Administrator
