ELM 9.2: AICC Content Authenication Issue (Doc ID 2063561.1)

 Using IE 9 we are able to launch a course but while taking the courses a pop-up window opens and the course closes down. 


Types of errors from different Vendors:

   Skillsoft Vendor Content Error:

          A pop-up window titled "Player Version ...... - Internal Error" opens. "The Skillsoft Course Player has encountered an error while communicating with the Learning Management System. As a result, your session will now be closed."


   QuestionMark Vendor Content Error:

          50619: There was an unexpected problem. Details can be found in the log files. Please use the button below to retry

Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Using IE 9 and Log in as a Learner
2. Enroll into a Skillsoft Course and launch, receive error message
