On : 9.2 version, Collections Workbench

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Collections Workbench performance issue for Corporate From Customer Level for Hierarchy customers when accessing Items and Payments tabs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When Items tab and Payments tabs are clicked it should show the items information and should not keep loading and take more than few seconds to load.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Accounts Receivables > Collections Workbench.
  2. Enter SetID, Business Unit and any hierarchy Customer ID.
  3. Change the customer level to Corporate from Customers.
  4. Then go to the Items Tab or Payments tab. again, this performance issue is being experienced for hierarchy customers, for single account customers it is behaving fine.
