Symptoms

 

After upgrading to PeopleTools 8.54.13, when attempting to create an expense report (Travel and Expense > Expense Report) an error is thrown.



The given class could not be found in the database, or had problems when we tried to load it.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Travel and Expenses > Travel and Expense Center > Expense Report > Create
2. Enter Empl ID and click Add

For Project Costing:

1. Navigate to Project Costing > Project Definitions > General Information > Budget Plan
2. Add a new cost budget plan and save
3. Drill down on the budget detail icon
