On : 8.53 version, Workflow AWE NEM Notifications and Escalations
AWE Escalation job kept sending approval request even though transaction was already completed
AWE escalation job NEM_MAIN has been implemented and scheduled to run daily with two active email event - APPROVAL ACTIVITY EMAIL and ESCALATION_EVENT. It was discovered that user kept getting emails after the initial escalation emails even though transaction was already completed after the first reminder.
Expect that after the 1st reminder if transaction approval has been completed that no more email will be sent.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Timeout on Process IDs MDA_EPAF_FUNDING_ENTRY, EmployeeInitiated3, TimekeeperInitiated8
2. Configure NEM for APPROVALACTIVITYEMAIL and ESCALATIONS
3. Schedule NEM_MAIN PsJob to run daily.
4. Observe emails keep being sent after initial escalation event though transaction is complete.
Due to this issue, users are getting repeat emails.
