E-AD:Changes made to a subpage not getting migrated. (Doc ID 2065073.1)

Symptoms

 When attempting to migrate a change done to the subpage property, the following occurs...

ENVRIONMENT INFO:
-----------------------
Happening in Customer's TEST(target) environment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expects the changed property selection to get migrated to the target environment.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The subpage property remains unchanged in the target environment.

STEPS
-----------------------
By following these steps the issue can be reproduced:
1. Create a project in Application Designer by doing a File> New > project in the source environment from where the subpage has to be copied.
2. Click on Insert>Definitions into project> select the page and type in the subpage name and click on Insert.Save the project.
3. Click on Tools Upgrade Copy to copy over the project to the target environment. enter Target environment info. like the database name and the userid/pw when prompted for it.
4. Click copy.

WHAT IS WORKING:
---------------
Upgrade Copy works as there is no error.

BUSINESS IMPACT:
-------------
Customer is unable to migrate the subpage property change and will have to duplicate the change by doing the same change in the target environment.
