Statement of Issue

Collections Work Bench Performance Issue for Remit From Customer Level when Accessing Items Tab

Expected Behavior
-----------------------------------
When Items tab is clicked it should show the items information and does not time out

Actual Behavior
--------------------------------
Items tab is taking several minutes to load and often times-out before the items are displayed.

What is Working
------------------------------
The initial page results are returned

Business Impact
---------------------------------------
Volume being tested is 4000 items which is smaller remit from in their business case

Steps to Replicate
----------------------------
1. Go to Receivables, Collections Workbench
2. Change the customer level to Remit from Customers
3. Then go to the Items Tab
