PeopleSoft Delivered Ben Report BEN713-Only First 4 Chars Of Ben Rate Table IDs Are Shown On Report (Doc ID 2066457.1)

The BEN713 report does not display the full Option Code and the full Rate Table Id (up to 5 characters).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(1) Set up HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Program Structure > Benefit Program Table - Select benefit program KU1 look for 3 digits Option Codes and 5 digits Rate Tables
(2) Run report: Set up HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Plan Reports > Benefit Program

(3) Check the output -- any rate table items with code longer than 4characters has the remaining characters truncated.

Due to this issue, users cannot validate plan setup data using the delivered report.
